The FBI is saying that a “small group of Afghan male evacuees” at a refugee housing complex at Fort Bliss in New Mexico assaulted the service member on September 19.

This would be the third assault by an Afghan evacuee this month. Two Afghan evacuees who are staying at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin were just indicted Wednesday; one was indicted on charges of sexual assault on a minor including use of force, and the other was indicted for choking and suffocating his wife.
